We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated Linen Porter to become a part of our highly successful team at Ham Yard Hotel. As a Linen Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guest rooms, public areas, and back of house spaces are maintained to the highest standards.
Responsibilities- Efficiently collect and deliver linen across all hotel departments, ensuring timely and organised distribution.
- Sort and separate used linen for return to the laundry team, maintaining stock levels in all linen cupboards.
- Support the Room Attendants by ensuring all linen is clean, fresh, and readily available, contributing to a seamless guest experience.
- Work closely with a team of ambitious, friendly, and hardworking individuals in a fast paced, hands on environment.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Show a passion for providing excellent customer service, enhancing the guest experience.
- Exhibit strong organisational skills to manage your tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Possess effective communication skills to work harmoniously within the team.
- Thrive in a collaborative environment, contributing positively to the team dynamics.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to the fast paced demands of the role.
