Line Leader: High-Speed Food Production, 4-on/4-off

Morepeople is seeking a shift-based floor supervisor for a fast-paced food production facility in the UK. You will set up packing machinery, monitor daily KPIs, and ensure orders are fulfilled while maintaining quality logs and documentation.

You will lead line staff, coordinate materials with forklift drivers, and uphold right-first-time standards under pressure during 10-hour shifts on a 4-on, 4-off cycle. Permanent, full-time employment with overtime opportunities.
