Line Leader, Fresh Produce Packing - Flexible Shifts

Mansfields in Canterbury is seeking an experienced Line Leader for a fast-paced packing line in our fresh produce operations. You will ensure products meet customer standards for quality, packaging and compliance while keeping production efficient and cost-effective.

You will lead a compact team, check line setup, coordinate priorities, monitor hygiene and paperwork, and report progress. The role requires good English, strong teamwork and a proactive approach to problem solving.
