Line Leader: Cheese Production & Team Coach

Extons Foods Ltd in Manchester is seeking a Line Leader to oversee production on their line, lead the team, and ensure compliance with the Extons Quality manual and company procedures. The ideal candidate has prior leadership experience in food processing, a Level 2 health and safety qualification, and a proactive, collaborative approach.

You will train, coach and mentor operatives and drive continuous improvement. Hours are Monday to Friday, 1.45pm-10.00pm, site-based.
