Line Leader BP3 Slicing: Drive Efficiency & Change

The candidate should have a proven track record in performance delivery and at least 2 years of line management experience in a complex manufacturing environment. Proficient in MS Office and SAP, the role requires strong communication skills and experience in allocating work based on key performance indicators. A thorough understanding of Food Hygiene and IOSHH qualifications are preferred.
