Line Cook & Junior Chef de Partie - Indian Kitchen Growth

Center Parcs Group is hiring a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie for Rajinda Pradesh at Longleat Forest. Expect £13.86/hour plus averages of £3.97/hour in tips, with a 150-hour minimum over 4 weeks and shifts 2:30pm-10:30pm. Full-time on-site role supporting kitchen operations and menu execution.

You will prepare and present dishes to high standards, supervise Kitchen Assistants, manage stock and help with menu development. This position includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
