We're looking for a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie to join our Rajinda Pradesh team. You'll prepare, cook and present menu items to high standards, supervise Kitchen Assistants and manage kitchen operations in the absence of a Kitchen Manager.
What you'll be doing- Prepare and present dishes to high standards, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety and legal requirements
- Manage stock, portion control and minimise food waste to meet cost targets
- Support menu development and assist Kitchen Managers with procedures and standards
