Lighting Programme Manager - £13m M25 Portfolio

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Portfolio Manager to deliver a £13m annual programme of lighting asset replacement on the M25. You will lead a matrix team of PMs, oversee 60 projects annually, and ensure safe, efficient handover from design to construction.

The role requires PMP or AMP PMQ certification, NEC3/NEC4 know-how, and strong stakeholder management. Experience delivering large-scale highway projects, excellent communication, and a proactive safety leadership mindset are essential.
