Lifeskills & Vocational Tutor for SEND (Post-16)

Activate Learning is seeking a Lifeskills Teacher for the Wokingham Hub to support post-16 learners with SEND. Plan and deliver engaging lessons addressing independence, personal development, and progression in a personalised learning environment.

You will teach across programmes including PFA, PMLD, Functional Skills Maths/English, and employability, working with a supportive team to foster inclusion and achievement for all learners.
