Lifeguard - Tunbridge Wells FWC Fitness Bank Ad Hoc. £13.10 per hour.
Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a fixed number of hours per week but you work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
Responsibilities- Help our members stay safe and healthy when using wetside facilities - the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
- Be attentive and alert at all times
- Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
- Welcome and support members when using the facilities
- Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
- Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
Hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and be able to provide ongoing training records. Enthusiasm, a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential. A passion for great customer care and being a true team player is important.
