Salary £12.84 per hour

Responsibilities

• Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities - the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
• Be attentive and alert at all times
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
• Ensure PoolSafety Guidelines are followed at all times

Qualifications

• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent and the ability to provide ongoing training records
• Bags of enthusiasm, a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Passion for great customer care and being a real team player
