Job Overview

Lifeguard - Weston Super Mare Gym - Bank, Ad Hoc - £12.84 per hour.

At Nuffield Health we pride ourselves on creating a safe and welcoming environment for all members and visitors. We are looking for a Lifeguard to keep customers safe and happy across our wet side facilities.

Responsibilities

• Help members stay safe and healthy when using the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room.
• Be attentive and alert at all times, creating a friendly, relaxed and professional atmosphere.
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities.
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away.
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.

Qualifications

• Hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
• Provide ongoing training records.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, a positive attitude, willingness to learn new skills and a team player spirit.
