Lifeguard & Recreation Assistant - Pool Operations

Surrey Sports Park is seeking a proactive Recreation Assistant to support daily operations, assist with set up and dismantling of equipment, and provide safe poolside supervision. You will manage cleaning, maintenance and session preparation across a varied timetable, including early mornings, evenings and weekends, on a rotating 40-hour schedule.

An RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential; training and funding will be provided for successful candidates after the swim test
