Lifeguard & Community Wellness Advocate

SeaLanes Brighton Limited is seeking lifeguards at our Brighton site to ensure safe pool operation and a welcoming environment for all swimmers. You will connect with customers, supervise water safety, administer first aid when required, and promote healthy living within the community.

You'll work a fixed rota across seven days with full training, a competitive hourly rate (£10.59-£12.71), staff perks, and the chance to make a real local impact as part of an award-winning leisure trust.
