Responsibilities- Oversee poolside safety at indoor and outdoor pools
- Conduct pool tests in accordance with company guidelines
- Ensure pool areas comply with all Health and Safety requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure members are having a great experience
- Must hold an NPLQ qualification
- Have a passion for health and fitness
- Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills
