National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent, with ongoing training records.

Positive attitude, enthusiasm, willingness to learn, strong teamwork skills, and a passion for customer care.

• Help members stay safe and healthy when using the wet side facilities - the swimming pool, spa, sauna, and steam room.
• Be attentive and alert at all times.
• Create a friendly, relaxed, and professional environment.
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities.
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away.
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times.
