ResponsibilitiesOversee poolside safety at over 180 indoor and outdoor pools. Ensure the pool areas are compliant with all health and safety requirements, conduct pool tests in accordance with company guidelines, and maintain accurate documentation at all times. Ensure members have a great experience and help promote a thriving culture.
Qualifications- Hold an NPLQ qualification.
- Passion for all things health and fitness.
- Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
- Team player, happy to share knowledge and best practice.
