Lifeguard - Safe Pool, Customer Care & Flexible Hours

Serco Leisure is recruiting on behalf of Birmingham Community Leisure Trust for a Lifeguard at Erdington Leisure Centre in Birmingham. You will help ensure pool safety, assist customers, and maintain a clean pool area while delivering excellent service.

Casual hours include early mornings and late shifts across Monday to Sunday, with pay between £8.20 and £12.71 per hour plus benefits. Experience in lifeguarding and strong swimming are essential for this role.
