Responsibilities

• Ensure best levels of service are achieved for customers by offering friendly, clean, and safe facilities.
• Maintain regular cleaning, maintenance and preparation of areas and equipment.

Qualifications

• Swim competently, or be willing to undertake additional coaching with a swim teacher.
• Casual hours, as and when needed.
• NPLQ qualification.
• First Aid at Work enhanced.
• Enhanced DBS check.
• Ability and understanding of how to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and to all levels of staff.
• Well developed interpersonal skills.
• Team orientated approach, able to work across organisational boundaries.
• Flexibility to work as required and to understand instructions from managers.
• Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry.
