Lifecycle Retention & Recovery Lead

Teya in London is seeking a Retention & Recovery Lead to unify churn, collections and recovery under one strategy. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, from churn signals to write-off, building an AI-driven retention engine and a scalable process.

You will lead collaboration across Billing, Payments, Finance, Legal and Customer Relations to deliver measurable improvements and a first-class experience for merchants.
