Lifecycle Growth Architect

Dex is building a high-growth lifecycle platform in the UK. This role leads the activation, onboarding, and re-engagement journeys across email, in-app, and notifications, working closely with product and engineering.

You'll design segmentation, automation, and metrics to turn behavioural signals into personalised experiences that drive retention. You'll partner with marketing to ensure consistent voice, educate users on Dex, and own the lifecycle reporting layer.
