Life Sciences Lab Project Cost Lead

Arcadis is seeking a Project Cost Manager in Oxford to lead the commercial management of complex laboratory and life sciences facilities. You will steer cost plans, estimates, procurement and final accounts across the project lifecycle, from early-stage planning to final account settlement.

The role requires a Quantity Surveying background with MRICS preferred, strong communicator, and willingness to travel across Oxford, Cambridge, London, and other locations.
