Life Practitioner: Empower Adults to Live Independently

Kisimul Group Ltd are seeking Life Practitioners to join the team at An Caladh House in Lincolnshire. You will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

We provide a company vehicle and a pathway to higher pay through our competency framework, with starting rates at £13.12 per hour and progression to £14.12 for
