Our Adult Residential Home is seeking Life Practitioners to join our team in An Darch, North Scarle, Lincolnshire. We are looking for compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated professionals to support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will assist with daily activities and accompany residents on community trips.
We provide a company vehicle for transport to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle you must hold a full UK driving licence or have been driving in the UK for two years or more.
Starting rates are £12.71 for Level 1, £13.10 for Level 2, and £13.60 for Level 3. Enhancements through our competency framework can unlock higher hourly rates.
Responsibilities- Provide essential support to residents with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
- Accompany residents on trips into the community.
- Operate the company vehicle safely and responsibly.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and incidents.
- Genuine passion for care and motivation to contribute to the progression of others.
- Strong team player with resilience and confidence to seek support when needed.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
- Full UK driving licence or at least two years of driving experience in the UK.
