Life Enrichment Activities Coordinator

Telford Hall Care Home in Telford is seeking a caring Activities Assistant to deliver engaging activities for residents, including arts, crafts, music, games, gardening, celebrations and outings. You will help make each day meaningful and enjoyable for those you support.

The role offers a part-time 20-hour week with a daytime shift pattern, and there are opportunities to participate in a supportive team focused on resident wellbeing and activity-led care.
