Position DetailsPosition Type: Full Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including every other weekend.
Shifts Available: Evenings 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM.
Wage Range: $23.75 - $27.86 per hour depending on experience.
Shift Differential: Evenings $1.00.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities- Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
- Coordinate, oversee, and provide resident related care for assisted living and memory care residents.
- Administer medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitor for effectiveness/response.
- Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software (ResiDex).
- Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and take follow up action as necessary.
- Monitor nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.
- Must have a current Florida LPN license and be in good standing.
- Experience in Assisted Living preferred.
- Knowledge of FL assisted living AHCA regulations.
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
