Library Customer Support Assistant - Flexible Shifts

Kent County Council is seeking a Permanent Relief Customer Support Assistant to join our library service. You will be the friendly face delivering excellent customer service to local communities, helping visitors and guiding them to resources and activities from Baby Rhyme Time to internet classes.

Shifts are ad hoc with no fixed hours and may include Saturdays. This customer-facing role requires good interpersonal skills, reliability and resilience.
