Job description
We are seeking to appoint an LGV driver who holds a Class 2 (Category C) licence to carry out local and long distance household furniture removals as part of our team based in Newquay.
From £15.00 an hour, Monday to Friday
Occasional Saturdays at an increased hourly rate
Guaranteed 40 hours a week
Night away allowance paid, with accommodation overnight in the vehicle
5.6 weeks paid annual holiday pro-rata (inclusive of public holidays)
On the job training with on-going career development and coaching
The successful applicant must be:
Reliable
Physically able to lift and move furniture
Smart in appearance
Able to work as part of a team
Have good communication skills
In addition must also possess a driver's digital tachograph card, CPC card and have a good geographical knowledge
Experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided for the right candidate.
