Leveraged Loans Transaction Manager: Docs & Negotiation

JP Morgan is seeking a Leveraged Loans Transaction Management Specialist within the Credit Products Delivery team to serve as a transaction-management partner for clients of the Commercial & Investment Bank. You will provide loan market expertise in the negotiation and review of credit facility documentation and manage end-to-end transactions for leveraged loan products.

You will collaborate with client coverage teams, Risk partners, internal and external counsel, and agent banks to ensure
