Leveraged Finance Credit Risk Analyst

UBS is seeking a Credit Analyst for Leveraged finance transactions in London. You will join the IB CRC Credit Risk Control team, independently assessing transaction risks and challenging diligence work and modelling produced by the front office.

You will perform fundamental financial analysis of prospective leveraged transactions and related borrower entities, build Base and Downside scenarios, and contribute to a written credit memo for senior management.
