Leveraged Finance Associate

Are you a talented Finance lawyer with 1-3 years PQE

We are a leading global law firm seeking an exceptional associate to join our thriving leveraged finance practice. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex, high-profile transactions alongside experienced partners and distinguished colleagues.

What You Will Do:

• Assist partners and senior associates on a broad range of leveraged finance transactions, including acquisitions, recapitalizations, and debt restructurings.
• Conduct due diligence, draft legal documents, and manage complex transaction processes.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, lenders, and other advisors across diverse industries and jurisdictions.
• Stay current on legal developments and market trends in leveraged finance.

What We Are Looking For:

• A UK or commonwealth qualified lawyer with a minimum of 1-3 years of PQE (Post Qualification Experience).
• A strong academic background and a current practicing certificate.
• Proven experience in leveraged finance, ideally gained at a top-tier law firm.
• Excellent technical skills, keen commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative team player with a drive to excel.
