Level 5 Nursery Assistant

As a Level 5 Nursery Assistant, you will play a key role in planning and delivering engaging, child-centred activities in line with the EYFS framework. You will support children's learning, development, and well-being while working collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive nursery environment.

• Support the delivery of high-quality EYFS provision and learning activities.

• Plan and lead age-appropriate, play-based learning experiences.

• Observe, assess, and contribute to children's learning and development records.

• Promote children's social, emotional, physical, and communication skills.

• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.

• Support less experienced staff and contribute to best practice within the setting.

• Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety policies are followed at all times.

• Level 5 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.

• Diploma in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.

• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.

• A caring, confident, and proactive approach.

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
