Level 3 Teaching Assistant

We're looking for a reliable and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a school in Bromley, with a start available as soon as possible.

This is a full-time role supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2. You'll need to be confident working with a range of needs, including pupils who may display challenging behaviour.

You should have:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Previous experience working within a school
SEN experience would be an advantage
Confidence managing challenging behaviour in a calm and consistent way
A good understanding of safeguarding procedures and school policies
The ability to follow safeguarding guidance and report concerns appropriately
A current DBS, or willingness to apply for a new one
A driving licence is preferred
A positive and flexible approach to supporting pupils across different year groups

Role details:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30am - 3:30pm
- Full-time
- Immediate start available
