  • Work closely with teachers, pastoral leads and external professionals
  • Contribute to progress monitoring and review meetings

This is a hands on, dynamic role requiring emotional resilience, professional boundaries and a genuine passion for inclusion.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:
  • Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Has experience working with SEND and/or SEMH pupils
  • Understands trauma informed and relational practice
  • Can confidently support behaviour in a calm and consistent manner
