Qualified Nursey Practitioners x2 - Peckham

Job Title: Nursery Practitoner (x1 baby room) & (all rooms)

Department: Early Years

Pay: up to £15.00ph (Depending on Qualifications and experience)

Area: Peckham

Hours: All Year Round

Flexibility: Permanent roles available with your choice of a 3, 4, or 5-day working week. You choose the schedule that fits your lifestyle

They have a dedicated team leads a wide array of engaging activities, from cooking and construction to mini-sports and Geography. The Nursery hold a special love for the outdoors, where children get creative in nature, building woodland scenes and exploring the world around them.

The focus on the "whole child," prioritizing a loving atmosphere that builds the social and emotional skills required for the future. They provide the stability and support children need to become independent learners, ensuring their early years journey is filled with success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement daily activities that are aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Assess children's progress and development and record their findings.
  • Communicate with parents and carers about their child's progress.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for children.
  • Work as part of a team to provide high-quality care and education.
  • Attend training and development opportunities to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Level 3 CACHE or NVQ in Childcare or equivalent
  • Experience of working with children in an early year setting
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
