Level 3 Nursery Practitioner - Barking, London IG11 £30,784 per year Full-Time, 40 hours per week

We are supporting a UK-leading nursery and childcare provider operating over 40 nurseries across London, all rated Ofsted Outstanding or Good, with a unique focus on positive social impact in the communities they serve.

This is a deceptively large nursery, with lots of space and separate rooms and gardens for different age groups. Indoors, the children enjoy sensory play, dialogic reading, language groups, and cooking. Outside, they have a climbing frame, a vegetable patch and even a mud kitchen!

They also run regular sessions for parents and offer excellent SEND support. Many families that visit comment on the welcoming atmosphere and family feel of the nursery.

You will find the nursery in Barking, not far from both Barking and Upney stations and Blake Avenue bus stops on the 287, 368, 687 routes.

You will need:

• A full and relevant Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification
• At least 12 months' experience in an Early Years setting
• Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures
• The ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children
• A genuine passion for childcare, child development, and community impact
• A child-centred approach to your work
