Level 3 Nursery Educator (Toddler Room)

To provide high-quality care and early education for children aged 0-5 years in line with the EYFS framework and Little Elms' Four Pillars curriculum.

The Level 3 Educator will ensure children are safe, stimulated, and supported to thrive emotionally, socially, and developmentally within a warm, professional environment.

• Essential Requirements
  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (as recognised by the DfE).
  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework.
  • Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
  • Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
