Veritas Education is delighted to partner with a warm, inclusive primary school in Southwark to recruit a dedicated Level 3 EYFS Practitioner to join their Early Years team after the Easter break.

This Ofsted-rated 'Good' school is recognised for its nurturing environment and strong focus on children's early development, wellbeing, and readiness for learning. You will work closely with the class teacher and Early Years team to support children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), providing high-quality care, learning support, and positive early experiences.

This role is ideal for a caring, proactive, and enthusiastic practitioner who is passionate about supporting young children's development in a stimulating and supportive Early Years setting.

• Level 3 qualification in Early YearsorLevel 3 qualification in Childcare

• Experience working within an EYFS or nursery/reception setting

• A sound understanding of child development and the EYFS framework

• A warm, patient, and nurturing approach

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Supporting children's learning through play-based and adult-led activities

• Delivering small-group and individual support to meet developmental needs

• Assisting with observations, assessments, and learning journeys

• Promoting children's social, emotional, and language development

• A welcoming and supportive Early Years team

• Strong leadership with a commitment to staff wellbeing and development

• Access to high-quality CPD and ongoing training
