Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant

Level 3 Nursery Practitioner (Full-Time)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our early years team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young children's development in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Key Requirements

• Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (essential)
• This is not a Teaching Assistant role - applicants must hold a childcare qualification
• Experience working within a nursery or early years setting is preferred, but not essential
• Knowledge or experience of Bucket Time and supporting children with Autism (including Level 3 needs) is highly desirable
• A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting all children

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
• Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and familiesProvide inclusive support tailored to individual needs

Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications), in line with typical Level 3 Nursery Practitioner pay
