• Must hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Experience in a nursery setting, with a solid understanding of child development.
• DBS enhanced disclosure within the child workforce sector.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children and parents.
