Key Responsibilities

• Reception & Customer Service: Answer incoming phone calls professionally
• Reception & Customer Service: Provide initial advice and guidance to customers about our products
• Reception & Customer Service: Greet customers and handle general enquiries
• Administration: Carry out day to day administrative tasks
• Administration: Support the team with paperwork and record keeping
• Administration: Assist with general office organisation
• Digital Marketing & Social Media: Create and schedule social media posts
• Digital Marketing & Social Media: Take photos of products for use on social media and the website
• Digital Marketing & Social Media: Promote products across social platforms and online channels
• Digital Marketing & Social Media: Support improvements to the company's online presence
• Digital Marketing & Social Media: Assist with basic website updates where required
• Stock & Inventory: Help manage inventory levels
• Stock & Inventory: Assist with picking and packing orders when needed
