Level 3 Baby Room Practitioner

Nest Royal Wharf is our nursery for babies and young toddlers at 30 Royal Crest Avenue, E16, by Pontoon Dock. We're looking for a caring Level 3 practitioner who loves working with babies and children under 2, and understands how much these early months matter.

What you'll do

• Be a key person to a small group of babies and their families
• Lead care routines (feeding, sleep and nappy changing) in partnership with parents
• Plan activities and record observations in line with the EYFS
• Keep the room warm, calm and stimulating

What we're looking for

• A Level 3 early years qualification or above
• Experience working with babies and children under 2
• Patience and attention to each baby's individual routines and needs
• A passion for high-quality childcare, and for being part of a team that strives to do better
