Level 2 Teaching Assistant (Ref: SBMAT411)

Fixed Term to 31st August 2027 in the first instance

Term Time Only

Grade 3 / Spine Point 5-6

Salary £25,583 - £25,989 (FTE)

Actual Salary £13,381 - £13,594

22.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday 8.30am - 1.00pm)

44.85 weeks paid per year

Location: St Bartholomew's CE Primary School (WV4 5LG)

The Governors are seeking to appoint a level 2 teaching assistant who is keen to support learning in this popular, over-subscribed Church school.

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate practitioner with:

  • proven successful experience of supporting children's learning in EYFS/Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2
  • experience of working with more able and children with SEND
  • Proven experience of impacting on standards.
  • the ability to support, lead and inspire children and peers by example
  • high expectations of children and a commitment to raising standards
  • excellent interpersonal skillscommitment to the church ethos of the MAT
