Level 2 Nursery Assistant - Leeds

Location: Multiple sites across Leeds

Hours: Full-time, covering all shift patterns between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Shift Length: 7.5 hours (rotas provided in advance)

Pay: £14.10 to £14.90 per hour

About the Role:

We're looking for a qualified Level 2 Nursery Assistant to join our team and help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children. This is a great opportunity to build on your skills and experience while supporting children's learning and development.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering activities that promote early years development.
• Support children's individual needs and maintain positive relationships with families.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and health & safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a high-quality learning environment.

Requirements:

• Level 2 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent).
• Basic understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to cover all shift patterns between 8 AM and 6 PM.
• Passionate about supporting children's growth and development.
