This role involves managing a portfolio of around 100 properties, conducting viewings and inspections, and ensuring compliance with lettings legislation. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, experience in property management, and have a full UK driving license. Working hours are Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays included.
