Lettings Property Manager - Growth & ARLA Training

Rayner Personnel is recruiting for a Property Manager role with a lettings portfolio focus in Solihull. You will build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors, manage maintenance, inspections and end-of-tenancy processes, and drive service excellence in a fast-paced estate agency environment.

Salary basic £28,000 with OTE £30,000 plus incentives and bonuses; ARLA-equivalent support offered to progress your career in lettings.
