We're recruiting for an ambitious Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a highly successful independent estate agency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with residential lettings experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and growing a successful lettings portfolio.
The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will:
- Manage the full lettings process from initial enquiry through to tenancy commencement
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancy offers
- Register applicants and match them with suitable properties
- Progress references, tenancy agreements, and compliance documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Carry out rental valuations and advise landlords on current market conditions
- Win new business and generate new lettings instructions
- Support property management where required
- Ensure all administration and compliance is completed accurately
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the lettings process
Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings NegotiatorRequirements:
- Previous residential lettings experience (essential)
- Experience within property management
- Confidence carrying out rental valuations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation
- A proactive and commercial approach to business development
- Excellent organisational and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
What's on Offer?
- £20,000 - £22,000 basic salary, depending on experience
- £32,000 - £34,000 OTE
- Full-time permanent position
- Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:30pm
- Alternate Saturdays, 9:00am - 3:00pm, with a day in lieu
