Lettings Negotiator - Junior, OTE £35k

Round Pegs Recruitment is seeking a Junior Letting Negotiator for the Crouch End area (N8). The role covers the full letting process from applicant registration and property viewings to negotiate offers and push deals through to completion.

The successful candidate will have at least one year in lettings, strong communication skills, and a driving licence, with a team-oriented, target-driven mindset and local area knowledge. Hours include weekday shifts with a weekend rotation offset.
