A successful independent estate agency is looking for an experienced, successful, ambitious Lettings Manager to lead its residential lettings operation in the Brixton area. This role would suit an experienced lettings professional ready to take the next step in their career.

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Manager

• Managing the day-to-day operation of the residential lettings department
• Winning new instructions through valuations, business development and landlord relationships
• Leading, motivating and supporting the lettings team to achieve targets
• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective clients
• Monitoring performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and maximising revenue
• Maintaining high standards of customer service, compliance and professionalism throughout the lettings process

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience)

• Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally at management level
• Previous listing and valuation experience essential
• Strong business development skills with the ability to win new instructions
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong customer service ethos and professional approach
• Ambitious, self-motivated and commercially minded, with the drive to achieve results
• Good knowledge of Brixton and the surrounding South London property market advantageous
• Full UK driving licence essential, with own car preferred
