Lettings Data Analyst A new and exciting role in response to the Renters Right Act 2025, we're looking for a sharp, analytical mind to assist in the data analytics of our lettings business.
As the Lettings Data Analyst, you'll assist the centre of our lettings operations by turning data into insight and insight into action. You'll play a key role in helping senior managers make smarter decisions as we navigate a rapidly changing lettings landscape, including opportunities and challenges linked to the upcoming Renter's Rights Bill.

Key Responsibilities of a Lettings Data Analyst- Analyse and interpret lettings data to support business performance and strategy.
- Review tenancy information, including break clauses, renewals, and deal progression.
- Work closely with renewals, lettings administration, property management, finance, clients accounts and all main lettings functions to gain understanding and the reporting of lettings transactions.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management.
- Maintain high data accuracy across internal systems and reports.
- Strong analytical and data handling skills with great attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of the lettings business and its processes.
- Able to interpret the intricacies of the lettings market and communicate insights effectively.
- Excellent Excel skills, confident with formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
- Motivated, proactive and eager to learn from experienced industry professionals.
